The Atom Bomb done is the closest building to the hypocenter to remain somewhat structurally intact, and has been preserved while the rest of Hiroshima has been rebuilt around it. Immediately below the actual hypocenter is a parking garage.

Cranes have taken over the building, since no people go there.
