Pretty much everyone passes through Aguas Callientes.<\/p>\n<p>We took PeruRail from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Callientes. (There&#8217;s also another operator on this route, Inca Rail) It&#8217;s an hour and a half to go 23 miles or so, but the view is good.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/atw.pushingrectangles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_3083.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/atw.pushingrectangles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_3083.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3083\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-376\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/atw.pushingrectangles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_3096.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/atw.pushingrectangles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/IMG_3096.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3096\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-374\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aguas Callienetes is on the side of a hill, with a hot spring at the top of the town (hence the name &#8220;hot waters&#8221;).
